  6. Return Process: Arrange parcel delivery via your chosen courier to the provided registered address.
  7. Cross-Check Process: Our team checks for product match. If approved, you'll receive a credit note for the same amount as the ordered product, valid for 30 days. Use it to order an item of the same price. Note: Credit notes expire after 30 days.
