3. Email Us: If you encounter issues, email support@zamaisha.com within 72 hours of delivery, stating your reason for returning.
4. Video Evaluation: We’ll assess your return request based on the video you provide.
5. Return Acceptance: If approved, you’ll receive an approval email.
6. Return Process: Arrange parcel delivery via your chosen courier to the provided registered address.
7. Cross-Check Process: Our team checks for product match. If approved, you’ll receive a credit note for the same amount as the ordered product, valid for 30 days. Use it to order an item of the same price. Note: Credit notes expire after 30 days.

5. Exchange Acceptance: We’ll approve an exchange only if the product is damaged or significantly different in size, color, or pattern. If approved, you’ll receive an approval email.
6. Exchange Process: Arrange parcel delivery via your chosen courier to the provided registered address.
7. Cross-Check Process: Our team checks for product match. If approved, you’ll receive the exchanged product, the same as the ordered product but with the amended size.
